Return Process

  Safely pack your items in their original Nuvé™ packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all promotional materials.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Await Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
